TFit Gym Owner Tina Triguero is currently training for the 2019 IFBB Pro League Pro Masters Championships coming up on Wednesday, August 28th in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Starting in 2008, Tina trained for 6 years in order to work her way from Amateur to National Level then to earning her Pro Status. Tina earned her IFBB Pro Status in 2014 and competed in 2 pro shows in 2015. After a 4 year absence from the pro circuit Tina is ready to step back on the stage and feel her love for bodybuilding again! Tina wants to be an inspiration to others and encourages her clients that they can do anything they want to do, just put your mind to it and do it!
