November 19-21, 2010 Experience an old-fashioned Christmas Festival, small-town style. Friday night's candle light walk, carolling and tree lighting kick off the festivities, and Saturday's parade draws families from near and far. For three days, visitors can browse shops for unique gifts, take horse-drawn wagon rides around the town, and enjoy food, drink and entertainment and four large craft tents. Historic Springboro was founded by Quakers in the early 1800s. Many of the original houses still stand along Main Street's six block historic district.

Haunted Hot Dog Roast
Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. ~ $5 per person
When October evenings turn crisp, leaves turn color and clouds drift across the harvest moon, it's time for Springboro's Haunted Hot Dog Roast. Gather behind the Historical Society Museum, 110 S. Main Street, to roast hot dogs and marshmallows over a roaring bonfire. A storyteller weaves tales of a different time. Later, when it's truly dark, join interpreters on a very special tour of the town. Do you believe in ghosts???
Rain Date: Thursday, October 15
